Yes, this is a Chinese restaurant. If there's no rice dishes, then it wouldn't be a Chinese restaurant. 🤡
Tofu, Mustard Greens, Noodles, There are many vegetarian options!
Yes. CC or Cash.
Had Mian during COVID and was able to takeout their food! I'm quite impressed the way they grouped everything and had the noodles in good takeout containers
Adventurous appetite? This is the place for you. Exotic flavors tingling with savory spices under a vaulted ceiling constructed for maximum aromatic ambience.
Tried this restaurant in Richmond District on Friday evening. Ordered three dishes: mixed vegetable, sizzling lamb, and broccoli chicken. All dishes were presented very well, color was good, texture was good, and ingredients were fresh. Will visit again if find a parking.
I celebrated my PhD yesterday in this gorgeous place. happy to tell that we passed a incredible evening and the place was undoubtedly one of the reasons for that fruitful gathering. The stuff cooperated in a splendid style, the meals were extremely good and my guests were extremely cheerful. We shall no dout visit again for more joyful events. Thank you very much.
Best Chinese food we've ever had! Orange chicken is absolutely delicious! Melts in your mouth! The service was fantastic! We will definitely be back next time we are in CA!
The only downside I felt was that the service wasn't the greatest. We sat down at our table and no one came by for at least 5 minutes and I had to ask for glasses of water. After our order being taken, no one ever checked in with us. I had to Sichuan Impression someone down to get the check. I would understand if they were super busy, but it wasn't that hectic in my opinion.
There are so many Sichuan restaurants in this part of Los Angeles now, but this place is still going strong. Tea smoked pork ribs were tender with a slightly crispy crust and sprinkled with fried garlic and sliced chilies. Free range chili chicken was sliced up in a pretty good numbing and spicy sauce. The cumin spiced lamb chunks skewered on toothpicks (toothpick mutton) were very tender and being stir fried with cilantro and dried chilies added a lot of flavor. But the star of the show were the wontons in chili oil; more of a chili sauce, it was spicy, a bit sweet and had an intense garlic flavor that makes you want to spoon it over rice and eat it just like that. Wontons were stuffed with juicy pork and have a slightly heftier skin which made it perfect for scooping up as much of the chili sauce as possible.
Two stars for bad service. Felt my decision on what to eat was rushed and did not allow me to complete my order before running off assuming I was done. I bet the food will be good though. Don't think I'll come again for a while.

Their food is sooooo good. Only bummer was they charged me two dollars for rice for two people. 😒
Even though the place is small, it still feels convenient. With all these, their price is nothing! It’s worth the experience
You want your tongue on fire? Come here. Lol, no really this place is more than spice. Good quality food and service.
Very authentic tastes. Your tongue will be on fire, but it's not just hot for hotness sake. There much flavors mixed in and I enjoyed my meal. Their teas and drinks are good too.
Food was just 5 out of 10. We ordered 4 plates. Food taste wasn't all that. It costs $81 plus $12 tip.... Total $93 . Could have went else where and get better food and better value!
We had the beef roll, three seafood delicacies with sizzling rice, pot stickers, and the steamed pork bun. Everything was delicious!! Nice service, easy to get a table.
Would certainly recommend trying out this place. Exceptional vibes, delightful dishes, good service. Kudos.
This is a very authentic Chinese restaurant whose dishes have very tasty flavors and great aroma. We ordered the pig ear, beef pancake, and chicken with chili and pepper. The food tends to lean towards the spicy side though so if you can't handle the spice then try to stick with the non chili dishes
The meals and service were above my expectations. I really loved the atmosphere of this restaurant. Extraordinary place to take my family out for lunch.
I like this restaurant! They prepare first-rate dishes, their menu is decent, The chef in that place is well trained, I enjoy very much eating all their dishes. The dishes are always fresh and tasty, the service towards the visitors is efficient. I often go to this place and I was never discontended. Highly recommended.
I love it here! A friendly efficient team, amazing cakes, great food, and nice decor. For someone with a food allergy, it’s so easy and enjoyable to eat here as the menu is clearly labeled, and the waiters are knowledgeable and helpful at dealing with allergies. Other restaurants would do well to copy this, and they also have a good selection of vegan cakes. A must visit!
The stir fry lamb was amazing. The fried rice was also very good. I highly recommend the beef pan cake. The dry woke beef has a very unique and delicious taste. The only problem was I ate too much because it was all soooo good.

The menu and service were beyond our expectations. We really liked the vibes of this place. Amazing spot to take my family out for lunch.
Frontrunner in the 2010's sichuan revival, modern atmosphere, great food. Toothpick mutton, tea-smoked ribs, dumplings. Spicy so don't miss ordering a bottle of plum juice; the smoky fruit flavor is amazingly effective at countering the heat of the chiles so you can eat more!
In order to be good to great a restaurant must make itself standout from the crowd. I believe this nicely corner of the street restaurant has found its niche. Not too big yet not too little. The food, the staff and the ambiance of this restaurant was nicely organized. During my visit, the staff was attentive, the food arrived in a timely manner, and the taste of the food was on par...especially on a chilled evening. One thought had came to my mind. If the food came "quite" quickly/timely manner, was it prepared in advance and the cooks just warmed it up/nuke it? Surprisingly, I didn't notice the difference. It should be noted that the place filled up quickly, so timing is everything. Luckily, I came before the crowd rush. Overall, I left with a positive experience. I would return to try other dishes, and I would highly recommend this place. I hope the owner will keep the price reasonable. As I learn to appreciate food, I would pay the extras for good experience and results.
Delicious food! Me and my friend shared the pork dumplings and the homemade noodles. Definitely enough food for two people. Service was great, shout out to Jasper! I will be coming back.

It's tough to find a restaurant that serves good northern Chinese cuisine and, man oh man, this place hits the spot. I came here with my parents and we absolutely love the place. The portions are HUGE and the service friendly and efficient. No wonder a lot of tour buses drop their customers here for lunches.
Soooo good! Love this place. If I lived closer I would be there all the time.
This place is great - we ordered for pick up! Chili oil wontons - exactly what I was craving. Wontons are bursting and generous with fillings. Delicious. Impressive bean jelly - served cold. Al dente clear mung bean noodles tossed with tingly, spicy chili oil 🤤Toothpick Mutton - fragrant, tender pieces of lamb each on a skewer. Fried Spicy Intestine - one of my favorite szechuan dishes. Crispy, flavorful, delicious.
This is going to be a very biased rating based on pretty much only the beef roll and pea sprouts. Both of these are dishes that my family prepares. Being away from home, they bring me so much comfort and happiness!
How pity I didn't get to order the stick pot! Well there's always another time. Great job for the interior designs and while I was waiting outside the restroom I look at the reviews posted on the wall. very informative and down to earth. The food we had is a great balance between spicy and salt. Not overwhelmingly oily but still preserve that silky texture. If you are craving for that kind of 'Numbing spicy' tongue tingling. This place will take you to Szechuan.
It was really good Sichuan food. Not too spicy but full of flavor. There was no wait for us at 7pm on a friday night
Best Chinese restaurant in LA. By a long shot! The glass noodles with tripe, and chilli are outstanding
I admire this spot! They prepare high quality food, their menu is rich, The chief cook in that spot is a real pro, I enjoy a lot tasting all their dishes. The dishes are consistently fresh, the attitude towards the guests is friendly. I visit often this place and I was never discontended. I recommend it to all.

We also ordered the shanghai dumplings, which were nothing to rave about. The skin was thicker than average, and there wasn't much soup inside the dumping. The meat inside also had less Sichuan Impression than I'm used to. They're not bad dumplings though, just not anything spectacular.
